Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders:

• All of our floral arrangements are subject to availability, some flowers in arrangements may need to be substituted for flowers in season.
• During summer our delivery drivers will not leave flowers on a recipients doorstep when the recipient is not present at the delivery location. This is because flowers may be damaged when left out in hot temperatures. For this purpose, all delivery recipients must provide The Flower Spot with a valid contact number so that we can contact you to organise the delivery.
